Return & Exchange Policy
Consumer Protection Law grants you the right to exchange or return and redeem the price of a defective item according to the following:
- You may exchange or return and redeem the price of an item within 15 days of receiving it.
- The policy does not apply to the rapidly perishable goods.
- An item may be exchanged or returned and refunded if it bears any defect, or does not meet with the standard specifications or the purpose of the contract.
- A valid receipt must be provided.
سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
كفـل قانـون حمـاية المستهـلك حق الاستبدال أو إعادة واسترداد قيمة السلعة المعيبة وفق الضوابط التالية
يمكن استبدال أو استرداد قيمة السلعة خلال فترة خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ تسلمه أي سلعة
تستثنــى الســلع الاسـتهـلاكــية القابـــلة للتلف السريع من الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يتم استبدال او اعادة واسترداد قيمة السلعة اذا شاب السلعة عيب أو كانت غير مطابقة للمواصفات القياسية أو الغرض الذي تم التعاقد من أجله
إبـراز فاتـــورة الشــراء أو مـا يثبــت شـراءهــا مـن نـفس المـزود
